Job Title: Teller Specialist

Job Overview:

The position at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center is full-time, with a workload of 40 hours weekly. The Teller Specialist is responsible for customer service excellence, transaction handling, bank product promotion, and assistance with branch operations. Availability during branch hours is vital, with the exception of Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate processing of customer transactions in compliance with the bank's policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Job seekers must have a background of 6 to 12 months in customer service to qualify.
  • Preferential consideration will be given to those with 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience.
