Job Description:Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth through proactive engagement with customers. This role focuses on understanding client needs, recommending appropriate financial products and services, and ensuring a seamless branch banking experience through both sales and service support.

In this role, you will manage both customer service and sales activities, including transaction processing, account management, and promoting banking products to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately perform teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
  • Engage customers to identify needs and generate sales opportunities and referrals
  • Open new accounts and handle account maintenance and service requests
  • Build and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools and personalized interactions
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management standards
  • Assist customers in using digital banking platforms and self-service tools

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales required
  • 6–12 months of cash handling experience preferred
