Summary

Liberty Coca Cola Beverages LLC is the Tri State areas distributor for one of the world’s most loved, recognized, and powerful brands. The Internship Program is a 8-10 week summer internship for individuals interested in becoming a future leader within our organization as well as provide an opportunity to learn more about what our organization does. Over the internship, you will have the chance to learn about various functions of our business. You will work alongside members of our management team, building relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the organization. In the market, interns will be responsible for working with internal and externals customer to meet the needs of the business.  Within the summer experience, interns will have the chance to participate in a variety of activities and collateral projects designed to provide exposure to the business and further develop leadership skills.  Top performers have the opportunity to return to Liberty Coca Cola Beverages LLC after completion of a degree.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team by assisting with AI‑focused special projects throughout an 8–10 week internship. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the intersection of Human Resources, technology, and artificial intelligence, supporting initiatives that enhance HR processes, employee experience, and data‑driven decision‑making.

The intern will collaborate with HR leaders and cross‑functional partners to research, analyze, and support the implementation or optimization of AI‑enabled tools and solutions across areas such as talent acquisition, workforce analytics, learning & development, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. This internship is designed to provide meaningful project experience in a fast‑paced, forward‑thinking HR environment while building foundational skills in HR technology, analytics, and project execution.

Qualifications

  • Current Undergraduate Student (Junior preferred)
  • Demonstrated sales and/or customer service experience
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must have reliable transportation (A personal car that can be used for business purposes)
  • Must be geographically mobile
