They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.</p><p>This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in Raritan, NJ.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p>Organize and schedule work orders and assign them to individual technicians or work teams.</p><p>Coordinate the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.</p><p>Work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources.</p><p>Filling completed work orders.</p><p>Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team.</p><p>Review predictive maintenance data for trends. Provide regular reporting to the management team and client.</p><p>Perform annual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.</p><p>Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.</p><p>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.</p><p>Impact the quality of own work.</p><p>Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.</p><p>Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.</p></font></div><br><br>
