Apply via Dice today!<br><br>Position Title; QA Technical Lead<br><br>Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid<br><br>Duration: 6-12 Months / W2 or C2C<br><br><strong>What You Ll Do<br><br></strong>The Quality Assurance Lead will define and drive the quality assurance vision, strategy, and standards across the client's organization. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role responsible for building QA capabilities from the ground up, including automation frameworks and AI-driven testing approaches. This role will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and influence quality practices across engineering, product, and operations to ensure scalable, reliable software delivery.<br><br><strong><em>Major Duties and Responsibilities:<br><br></em></strong><ul><li>Define and establish QA strategy, standards, and best practices across DTI</li><li>Build and implement QA frameworks, processes, and tools from the ground up</li><li>Lead the design and implementation of test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage</li><li>Evaluate, select, and implement AI-driven testing tools and capabilities</li><li>Drive quality integration across the software development lifecycle, partnering with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams</li><li>Establish quality metrics, reporting, and dashboards to provide visibility into risks, trends, and performance</li><li>Lead complex testing efforts including integration, performance, and system-level validation</li><li>Influence release readiness, quality gates, and production validation strategies</li><li>Identify systemic quality gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for QA practices across the organization</li><li>Recruit and lead a team of Quality Assurance Analysts onshore/offshore.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong> </strong>WHO YOU ARE<br><br><ul><li>8-12 years of experience in quality assurance with deep, hands-on expertise across manual and automated testing of Java, Python and .NET applications</li><li>Proven experience building QA functions, frameworks, or strategies from the ground up</li><li>Advanced experience with test automation frameworks and tools, including design and implementation</li><li>Experience evaluating and implementing AI-driven testing tools or capabilities</li><li>Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test strategy, and software development lifecycle practices</li><li>Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments with the ability to influence quality across teams</li><li>Demonstrated ability to define standards, best practices, and scalable QA processes</li><li>Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive high-impact outcomes independently</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in managed services, enterprise platforms, or highly integrated system environments</li><li>Experience with performance, security, and API testing strategies and tools</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures</li><li>Experience selecting and implementing QA tools, platforms, or enterprise testing solutions</li><li>Experience driving quality initiatives across multiple teams or departments</li><li>Exposure to data-driven testing, observability, or quality metrics frameworks<br><br></li></ul><strong>WHERE YOU LL WORK<br><br></strong>Enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid work model.
