Job Description

We are looking for a  Marketing Operations & Project Manager  to drive the execution and transformation of our marketing operations ecosystem. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic leadership in marketing systems and data architecture.

You will play a key role in scaling Nexthink’s growth marketing engine by optimizing lead management processes, improving data quality, and implementing automations across our marketing tech stack. This role will work closely with Marketing and IT.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Campaign Operations Execution

  • Execute end-to-end campaign operations across platforms including Marketo, Hygraph, Salesforce (SFDC) and Zoom 
  • Set up, test, and launch campaigns ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery 
  • Manage campaign assets, forms, landing pages, and integrations across systems 
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure proper tracking and data flow 
Automation & Innovation
  • Design and implement workflow automations using tools such as n8n 
  • Reduce manual effort and increase scalability of campaign operations 
  • Build integrations between marketing platforms and internal systems 
  • Continuously exploring new automation opportunities and best practices 
Project management
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve and scale marketing operations infrastructure 
  • Design and optimize processes across lead capture, lead routing, lead data enrichment, lead qualification and engagement tracking 
  • Identify gaps and deliver quick wins and incremental enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality within the marketing tech stack 
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. 
  • Act as the primary interface between Business and development team, ensuring alignment, feasibility, and timely execution. 
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, testing, and releases, ensuring proper delivery and user adoption. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or related field 
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role 
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo is a must 
  • Experience with SFDC CRM is a must 
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make or similar tool is a plus 
  • Experience with webinar platforms like Zoom or similar tool is plus 
  • Experience with content management platforms like Hygraph or similar tool is a plus 
  • Familiarity with data modeling, APIs, or integration frameworks 
  • Software industry experience is a plus 
  • Fluent English is a must 
  • Process & System minded 
  • Business savy – Understand Business processes, challenges, and requirements 
  • Sense of ownership, result driven, curiosity, hands-on, extra mile mindset 
  • Team player - Interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
