Buscamos un/a Técnico especialista de Calidad Cliente con experiencia en proyectos de Fachadas, para liderar la interlocución con clientes clave sobre los productos de Cosentino

Localización: Madrid (zona Nuevos Ministerios) o HQ Cantoria (Almería)

Teletrabajo

Viajes: 50% internacionales (varias semanas del mes, principalmente Europa)

FUNCIONES

  • Atender solicitudes técnicas de clientes y delegaciones, aportando soluciones ágiles y fundamentadas.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con productos y sistemas de fachada.
  • Coordinar con departamentos internos (Producto, Calidad, Logística, Comercial) para asegurar respuestas completas y coherentes.
  • Realizar seguimiento proactivo de casos abiertos hasta su cierre y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Documentar soluciones técnicas y contribuir a la mejora continua del conocimiento interno.
  • Asesorar técnicamente sobre el uso, instalación y mantenimiento de productos de fachada.
REQUISITOS:
  • Formación técnica (Ingeniería, Arquitectura Técnica, FP técnico o similar)
  • Experiencia previa sólida en soporte técnico, servicio postventa o atención técnica a cliente. Importante conocimientos de sistemas de fachada, carpintería metálica o soluciones constructivas.
  • Capacidad para gestionar problemas complejos de forma analítica y estructurada. Habilidades de comunicación clara y orientada al cliente.
  • Dominio de herramientas digitales y entornos CRM.
  • Idiomas: Nivel alto de inglés y español (otros idiomas valorados).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente
