Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join Flutter International within the PokerStars SEU Marketing team.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing finance operations - including budget management, financial reporting, PO tracking, invoicing, accruals and supplier management. You will manage the delivery of all legal contracts, including renewals, new agreements and support during agency pitches.

You will support the wider Marketing function by integrating clear and efficient processes and helping deliver the SEU Marketing Operating Model, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects. Given the cross-functional nature of the role, we are looking for a strong communicator who can understand business requirements across multiple teams and ensure alignment.

As PokerStars focuses on growing market share in Southern Europe, this role offers the opportunity to support key marketing operations across multiple disciplines. We are looking for someone exceptionally organised, able to multi-task, and comfortable working within a structured yet agile operations framework.

You will play a central role in implementing and managing effective marketing operations, supporting the execution of department-wide initiatives and ensuring marketing outputs are compliant, documented, automated and traceable. You will also lead and manage specific projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines.

Sitting within the PokerStars SEU Regional Marketing team, you will work closely with Media, Engagement, Brand, Creative, and other key functions including Finance, Legal and Commercial.

What you’ll do:

Support Marketing functions with revenue operations and marketing controls

Support the creation and integration of the SEU Marketing Operating Model, ensuring controls are implemented

Assist the Senior Project Manager in identifying efficient processes to improve ways of working across SEU Marketing and the wider business

Identify, track and report operational risks and issues, providing recommendations and solutions

Understand and continually improve internal policies and procedures to enhance operating models and workflows

Manage all marketing finance administration, including raising POs and managing accruals

Support budget tracking, planning and coordination with SEU Finance

Oversee legal and contract administration, including data collection, renewals and new contract management

Provide data-driven insights to support process improvements and operational efficiency

Manage operational process changes through clear communication

Act as lead coordinator for SEU Marketing operations, activities and workshops

Become a subject matter expert on processes, systems and tools that support agile operations

Deliver stakeholder communication and training

Manage ad hoc projects as required

What you’ll bring:

Proven years’ experience managing marketing operations within a complex organisation

Experience with marketing operations tools and implementing processes to solve business needs

Experience in marketing finance administration, including POs, accruals and finance systems

Experience with legal contract processes and working with legal documentation

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
