Work model : hybrid (remote + office)

Contract : full-time, permanent

Schedule : Monday to Friday, continuous working hours

Travel : availability to travel (~1/month) to operational destinations Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong digital focus, who will act as the single owner of marketing , leading strategy, execution, and performance across all channels. This role combines strategic vision and hands-on execution , managing a network of external agencies (SEO, SEM, content, design) while ensuring alignment with business goals and Emerald Stay group standards. The ideal candidate will bring a performance-driven mindset , with a clear focus on conversion, efficiency, and measurable impact on revenue . Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Define, plan, and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Drive performance across all key channels: SEO, SEM, CRM/email marketing, social media, and display campaigns
  • Optimize marketing efforts with a clear focus on conversion and ROI
Digital Performance & Analytics
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize acquisition cost and channel efficiency
  • Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
  • Ensure proper tracking (UTMs, funnels, attribution) and data accuracy
Content & Social Media
  • Design and manage social media presence with a conversion-oriented approach
  • Lead content strategy across blog, digital guides, website, and campaigns
  • Ensure continuous optimization of content for SEO and user engagement
SEO, SEM & Campaign Management
  • Lead and coordinate SEO and SEM strategies (Google Ads, search campaigns, display, retargeting)
  • Manage and supervise external agencies and partners
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business priorities
Website & Conversion Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve website UX/UI and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with digital and tech teams to implement improvements
  • Support SEO structure and content hierarchy

  • Plan, write, and manage regular newsletter communications, optimising for engagement, conversion, and audience growth.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including visual and written materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content that supports commercial objectives and enhances brand positioning.
  • Manage and evolve website content to ensure it remains accurate, SEO-optimised, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute content strategies (including blog/editorial plans) to drive traffic, engagement, and brand authority.
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring all communications and outputs are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with the company’s identity and values.
  • Identify opportunities to refine and strengthen brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
