Operativa : 3 turnos de trabajo

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Liderar la estrategia de Recursos Humanos en un entorno industrial altamente dinámico.
  • Gestionar relaciones laborales complejas, incluyendo negociación con sindicatos y comités de empresa.
  • Acompañar a los equipos de producción y logística en la gestión de personas y desarrollo organizativo.
  • Participar en el Comité de Dirección local y colaborar con el equipo corporativo de RRHH.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, clima laboral y desarrollo de talento.
Perfil del candidato:
  • Experiencia consolidada como Manager de RRHH o HRBP en entornos industriales.
  • Dominio de relaciones laborales, negociación colectiva y gestión sindical.
  • Perfil muy operativo, con fuerte presencia en planta y orientación al negocio.
  • Nivel alto de inglés y valorable nivel alto de francés.
