Cybersecurity Manager | Industrial Tech & Product Security En Shakers colaboramos con una empresa especializada en ciberseguridad, parte de un grupo tecnológico consolidado, para incorporar un/a Cybersecurity Manager que lidere su estrategia de seguridad global. Un rol con alto impacto, autonomía real y visibilidad directa sobre productos y procesos críticos.

El reto

Serás el referente de ciberseguridad de la compañía, construyendo una cultura de seguridad "by design" desde dentro. Tu misión abarcará desde la evaluación y mitigación de riesgos hasta la definición de requisitos de seguridad en el ciclo de desarrollo, integrando metodologías DevSecOps y liderando la gestión de vulnerabilidades (PSIRT). Con visión a largo plazo, liderarás la evolución del framework de seguridad, mentorizarás a otros ingenieros y representarás a la empresa en foros del sector.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia: Más de 5 años en funciones específicas de ciberseguridad
  • Formación: Ingeniería informática, telecomunicaciones o industrial
  • Linux: Conocimiento avanzado en administración, scripting y bastionado de sistemas
  • AppSec & DevSecOps: Experiencia sólida en modelado de amenazas, pentesting y S-SDLC
  • Contenedores: Experiencia práctica con Docker y Kubernetes
  • Inglés: Nivel medio/alto hablado y escrito
Se valora
  • Certificaciones en ciberseguridad (OSCP, CISSP, RTCP u otras)
  • Conocimiento de normativas IEC 62443, IEC 62351 o ISO 27017
  • Experiencia en el sector industrial y/o eléctrico
  • Scripting con Bash y Python
  • Conocimientos de C, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript o Java
