2 años de experiencia MISIÓN Liderar, formar y gestionar equipos comerciales con el objetivo de alcanzar los objetivos asignados, velar por la calidad del asesoramiento al cliente, y potenciar el crecimiento de la agencia. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO Gestión de equipos comerciales Crear, formar y desarrollar un equipo alineado con los estándares y objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.

Supervisar y apoyar al equipo en la consecución de sus metas comerciales.

Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño utilizando KPIs y ajustar estrategias cuando sea necesario. Estrategia comercial Analizar mercados potenciales y establecer alianzas estratégicas.

Promover la fidelización de clientes y la captación de nuevos mercados.

Formación y desarrollo Implementar programas de formación inicial y continua.

Fomentar el crecimiento profesional de los colaboradores.

Gestión de clientes Mantener y expandir la cartera mediante la personalización de servicios y una atención excelente.

Aplicar herramientas de CRM para optimizar procesos.

Cumplimiento de normas y protocolos Seguir las sistemáticas establecidas y garantizar el uso adecuado de las herramientas proporcionadas. REQUISITOS Experiencia requerida:

Experiencia demostrable de dos años en la gestión y desarrollo de equipos comerciales.

Experiencia en la comercialización de seguros o productos relacionados. Conocimientos Requeridos: Valorable formación de Bachiller o equivalente. Valorable conocimiento en técnicas de venta y CRM.

Habilidades: Capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación persuasiva y negociación.
