As Maintenance

Technician, you'll be at the forefront of the production of next-generation electric motorcycles & associated products. We expect you to help Stark become the leader in production and vehicle technology, resulting in better performance, quality and cost. At the same time providing support to the production assembly lines.

You will assist on Stark’s facilities maintenance with a hands-on approach. You will report directly to the Head of Maintenance, becoming a key member of a growing team of engineers, and technicians in Barcelona. You'll need to have experience in maintenance and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly innovative environment.

Collaborate with the creation of maintenance systems in all the needs of the company. Guarantee production on time and quality by having all tools and machinery in correct working order. Support and follow up external resources providing maintenance services.

Create and updated Purchase Orders of tools and spares to guarantee the accomplishment of the maintenance plan. Keep key performance indicators up to date and report any deviation. Follow the maintenance processes and procedures.

Develop and ensure along with quality verification routines. Implement continuous improvement processes and Lean manufacturing, introducing predictive and preventive maintenance techniques. Collaborate with production and quality teams, to implement improvement points.

Promote the cleanliness, maintenance and good use of the facilities. Maintenance experience in the battery or automotive industry or similar is highly appreciated. ~ Knowledge of PLC (Siemens Tia Portal), drives and robotics. ~ Availability to work in shifts and weekends (if necessary). ~ Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, highly innovative environment (startups or high-tech companies). ~ Constantly looking for ways to innovate, improving your products performance, quality, and cost. ~ English is highly appreciated.
