Desde Temporing seleccionamos un/a Cocinero/a para importante grupo empresarial ubicado en Orihuela Costa.

Funciones:

  • Preparar las recetas con el uso de las técnicas de cocina específicas del restaurante para garantizar la consistencia en la presentación y el sabor de los platos.

  • Realizar la selección, limpieza, corte y almacenamiento adecuados de frutas, verduras, carnes, pescados, mariscos, hierbas y otros productos frescos.

  • Poseer conocimientos y destrezas en el corte de pescado y carne.

  • Aportar a través de la creatividad e innovación a la cocina, desarrollando nuevos platos, técnicas culinarias y combinaciones de sabores que sorprendan y deleiten a los comensales.

  • Mantener limpios y ordenados los utensilios y espacios de cocina, siguiendo la normativa APPCC.

  • Asegurar la calidad del servicio según los estándares de trabajo.

Requisitos:
  • Experiencia como cocinero/a o chef, especialmente en especialidades mediterránea, asiática / japonesa, italiano y/o fusión.

  • Experiencia en servicio gastronómico en restaurante.

  • Formación en Hostelería (Deseable).

  • Carnet de Manipulador de alimentos en vigor.

  • Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.

  • Residencia cercana al puesto vacante y vehículo para desplazamiento.

  • Salario 12,08 euros bruto/ hora.

  • Jornada laboral en turnos intensivos de desayunos, comidas o cenas, con dos días consecutivos de descanso.
