The Senior Principal Consultant will provide expert guidance between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Drives and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstream
  • Identifies dependencies and supports interplay between different workstreams within a project
  • Leads, mentors and oversees the work of other consultants within their project
  • Go-to resource for assistance with deliverable development, review, or approval
  • Plans to evaluate customer objectives as part of developing solutions
  • Generates and pursues ideas for improvements to documentation and methodology
  • Support and Leads initiatives that will help the company specially in HCM Project Delivery
  • Reinforces company policies and procedures to others
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
  • 5 years of Workday HCM consulting experience
  • Must have active HCM Certification
  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, People Experience, or Advanced Compensation preferred.
  • Acted as technical lead for at least 1 phase-1 implementation
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Workday HCM implementations for various clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
