About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

At Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, we are looking for a passionate and service-driven Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant Rotunda Bar & Lounge team. Set against the stunning backdrop of Tower Bridge, Rotunda offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience where quality and personalised service are at the heart of every guest interaction.

The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests by delivering exceptional service with warmth and professionalism.

What You Will Do

  • Providing an attentive and personalised food and beverage service to guests.
  • Confidently guiding guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions about food, wine, and cocktail selections.
  • Ensuring tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service.
  • Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the service areas.
  • Delivering a seamless and engaging dining experience that reflects the Four Seasons standards of excellence.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and cocktail pairings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for engaging with guests.
  • A proactive and professional attitude, with a keen eye for detail and service quality.
  • All candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Schedule and hours

Candidates must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
