As a Personal Shopper, you will pro-actively deliver exceptional sales performance through your world class approach to customer service.</p><p>Our Personal Shopping department is focused on providing exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience through our Assisted Shopping service to further build their engagement and loyalty.</p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>As a Personal Shopper you will work one on one with clients to understand their product preferences, lifestyle needs, and individual style needs. You will navigate across the whole store, using your expertise across all categories including, jewellery, fashion, furniture and many more. No day will be the same.</p><p>Below is a snapshot of some of your responsibilities:</p><ul><li>You’ll proactively search for selling and service opportunities with every client and search for new opportunities across the store which the client may not be familiar with to encourage broader selling.</li><li>Use selling opportunities to expand a genuine and loyal client base through referrals and word of mouth.</li><li>Management of the customer journey, from initial product selections through to transaction processing, stock picking and dispatch.</li><li>Serve with an omni-channel approach, via traditional retail ‘on-site’ sales as well driving proactive sales, leads and acquisitions through virtual channels.</li><li>Acquire, build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will take the time to truly connect on an individual basis to know how we can best meet their needs and exceed expectations.</li><li>Implement the Art of Selling in each interaction with a client, whether face to face or virtually and deliver exceptional sales and service results.</li></ul><p><b>About You</b></p><p>You will have a keen eye for trends, and be able to demonstrate consistently high client return rates. As well as being passionate for luxury service and products, you will be able to cross sell across our multiple categories with confidence. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure every client feels valued and taken care of.</p><p>To excel in this role you'll have the following experiences and knowledge:</p><ul><li>Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin</li><li>You are a client-led seller with exceptional customer service skills, evidenced by consistent customer service results.</li><li>Clear demonstration of being able to hit high sales targets.</li><li>Proven track records of achieving sales targets, whilst working independently.</li><li>Emotionally intelligent with an ability to communicate and connect with a diverse range of customers and colleagues –across verbal, written and digital formats with an ability to “flex” to customer’s needs.</li><li>Demonstrate a passion for delivering a consistently premium service experience for customers.</li><li>Have the ability to proactively generate leads and sales from either existing or new client base and seek opportunities to sell broadly across the store.</li><li>Hold an existing client portfolio, or able to demonstrate when you have built client relationships.</li></ul><p><b>About Us</b></p><p>Harrods is one of the world’s leading luxury department stores and we’re becoming a destination for top designers, and the most sought-after brands from around the globe.
