Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping
  • Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and bank reconciliation
  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
  • Experience supporting small businesses, startups, or multiple clients is a plus
  • Additional accounting or bookkeeping certifications preferred

What to expect...

Schedule:
Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.

Compensation:
Rate starts at $5 per hour
Payment is made via Deel

Equipment:
Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:

Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
