Position Overview

This is a commission sales position with uncapped earning potential for motivated individuals looking to build a rewarding career in direct sales while helping homeowners protect what matters most. The role combines in-person customer interaction with remote training and flexibility.

What You'll Do

  • Engage and educate potential customers on home security solutions

  • Present and explain Brinks-monitored security systems

  • Close sales and build strong customer relationships

  • Utilize multiple revenue streams with uncapped commissions

  • Collaborate with a dynamic sales team to refine strategies and grow professionally

Compensation & Benefits

  • Lucrative Earnings: First-year representatives typically earn $65,000–$90,000

  • Industry-Leading Commissions: Earn up to $1,000+ per sale, with uncapped potential

Qualifications & Prerequisites

  • Driver’s License required

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Must have personal vehicle and valid insurance

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-only environment

Schedule & Field Hours

  • Monday – Saturday Field Time: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
