This role brings clarity and structure within a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization and requires strong organization and attention to detail. This role partners closely with Sales, Strategy, Sales Enablement, LMN leadership, and Enterprise Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels. The GTM Manager owns the core messaging strategy, while Sales Enablement leads internal communications, training, and sales materials—ensuring clear, complementary responsibilities. The role also serves as the LMN business lead for PR and Communications, supporting industry events, media engagement, and key activations.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead the development and ongoing refinement of LMN’s go-to-market narrative to establish clear differentiation in the retail media landscape, ensure consistent positioning, and drive stronger market perception among advertisers and partners. </li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Product, and LMN leadership to define and standardize positioning, messaging pillars, and value propositions to ensure cross-functional alignment, eliminate fragmented messaging, and enable a unified commercial strategy. </li><li>Partner closely with the Sales Enablement team to ensure LMN messaging is accurately represented within sales collateral. The GTM Manager owns messaging strategy; Sales Enablement owns sales tool development—working together in a complementary, non-duplicative manner. </li><li>Serve as the LMN business lead for PR and Communications, shaping external visibility efforts across conferences, media, and industry engagements to elevate LMN’s brand presence, reinforce thought leadership, and strengthen competitive positioning. </li><li>Develop executive-level storytelling materials, including presentations, narrative frameworks, and visual communication assets to enable informed decision-making, influence senior stakeholders, and clearly articulate LMN’s strategic direction. </li><li>Independently manage high-priority commercialization initiatives within a matrixed environment to ensure timely execution, maintain cross-functional alignment, and deliver business impact in a fast-paced setting. </li><li>Leverage deep understanding of the retail media landscape to identify competitive insights, industry trends, and opportunities for LMN differentiation. </li><li>Support enterprise-wide alignment by ensuring LMN messaging remains consistent with Lowe’s overarching brand and marketing narrative. </li><li>Communicate effectively—written, verbal, and visual—with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior and executive leadership to build trust, drive alignment, and enable coordinated execution of commercialization priorities. </li><li>Lead and inspire team members through coaching, mentorship, and structured development plans that strengthen technical expertise, deepen engagement, and drive consistent performance excellence. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable</li><li>7-10 Years General Marketing Experience </li><li>5 Years of GTM experience within the retail media, retail, or media industry or comparable. </li><li>1-3 Years People Leadership Experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Skills/Education<br><br></strong><ul><li>Retail Media Network experience<br><br></li></ul>Pay Range: $101,100.00 - $168,900.00 annually<br><br><em>Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
