About the position

The Digital Analytics and Business Insights Manager will support the digital and marketing pillars of the Enterprise Analytics Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Analytics, we are looking for a thought partner who will take a data-driven approach to increase existing digital engagement, accelerate new adoption of digital channels, and improve marketing efforts to drive awareness and conversion. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with senior leaders in Enterprise Analytics, Membership/Digital as well as the Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytic support to drive data driven decision making and strategy across the digital, loyalty, marketing and member insight space
  • Be a thought partner in the creation of digital and personalization testing plans and provide “next level” insights related to the measurement of tests
  • Assist the business in the creation of digital channel strategies based on past test/learn insights
  • Be relentless in the pursuit of value-add insights through the utilization of an “answer first” approach to analytics
  • Communicate results of analysis in a thoughtful, concise manner via “high impact” emails and presentations
  • Champion the incorporation of loyalty economics in our decision making and analytics
  • Support Marketing in executing and measuring performance and brand marketing campaigns
  • Provide ad-hoc digital and marketing insight support to other groups inclusive of the C-suite

Requirements

  • 10+ years of analytics experience preferably in retail marketing, business insights or consulting roles
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen to make strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of data and audience segmentation/solutions
  • Ability to think critically and persuade business decisions with the use of data and analytics
  • Advanced understanding of the application of ML/statistics/financial modeling in marketing analytics
  • Strong communication skills resulting in the ability to translate complex analyses to non-technical audiences
  • Working knowledge of visual analytics platforms such as Tableau preferred
  • Expertise with at least one data/analytics programming language (e.g. SQL/SAS/R/Python)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Marketing or related field; Graduate/MBA degree preferred
