***About the role?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team at BaoZangTalk, an online English education company in China. This is a part-time role focused on Online English Teacher recruitment, where you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified English teachers to support our growing teaching team. Working remotely from the comfort of your own home, you will play a vital role in building a high-quality educator team and supporting the company’s mission of providing accessible English learning opportunities.

***What you'll be doing?

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract qualified Online English Teachers, including both experienced educators and promising new talents.
  2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (online), and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, teaching potential, and fit with the company’s culture.
  3. Manage the full recruitment cycle: post job openings on relevant platforms, follow up with candidates, coordinate interview schedules with the teaching team, and provide timely feedback to applicants.
  4. Maintain candidate databases, update recruitment records, and track recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
  5. Collaborate with the teaching team to clarify job requirements, align recruitment standards, and ensure hired teachers meet the company’s teaching quality standards.
  6. Assist in drafting and revising job descriptions for Online English Teacher positions to accurately reflect role expectations and attract suitable candidates.
***What we're looking for?
  1. A bachelor's degree (any major)
  2. Preferably minimum 1 year of HR recruitment experience. We also welcome those new to HR recruitment who are willing to learn!
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates of different backgrounds and effectively convey company information.
  4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
  5. Proficiency in using online recruitment tools, office software (Word, Excel), and communication platforms (e.g., VOOV, DingTalk).
  6. Passion for talent recruitment, a genuine interest in the education industry, and a proactive attitude to meet recruitment targets.
