As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content — images, videos, text, and livestreams — against platform policies, identifying and actioning violations with speed and accuracy.</p> <p>Ranchi, Jharkhand</p> <p>Full-Time</p> <p>Moderator / Senior Moderator</p> <p>1–3 years experience</p> <p> <strong>Responsibilities<br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Review user-generated content (images, video clips, text posts, comments) against client platform policies.</li> <li>Accurately categorise content: approve, remove, escalate, or send for secondary review.</li> <li>Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy above the contractual SLA threshold.</li> <li>Identify and escalate critical content (self-harm, CSAM, terrorism, illegal activity) within defined SLA — typically 2 hours.</li> <li>Document content decisions accurately in the moderation tool for audit and reporting.</li> <li>Participate in weekly calibration sessions to align on policy interpretation.</li> <li>Provide input to QA team on edge cases and policy grey areas.</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality of all platform content and user data reviewed. </li> </ul> <p> <strong>Requirements<br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>1–3 years in content moderation, trust & safety, or online policy enforcement.</li> <li>Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to make consistent, policy-based decisions at speed under volume pressure.</li> <li>Emotional resilience — this role involves exposure to graphic or disturbing content; structured well-being support is provided.</li> <li>Basic proficiency in English; additional regional language skills valued.</li> <li>Graduate degree preferred; 10+2 with relevant experience considered. </li> </ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience moderating video, livestream, or social media content specifically.</li> <li>Familiarity with content moderation tools (Jira-based queues, Brainware, or similar).</li> <li>Understanding of CSAM reporting obligations and platform policy frameworks. </li> </ul> <p> <strong>About Ayuda Solutions<br /></strong> Ayuda Solutions is a technology-enabled BPO and intelligent operations company headquartered in Ranchi, India.
