Wayfair is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team in the United States. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative, scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks that enable our teams to operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote administrative support to managers and teams, including calendar management, email monitoring, and meeting coordination.

  • Organize and maintain digital files and internal documentation across cloud-based platforms.

  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and project tracking in line with team objectives.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, or messaging tools.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, virtual events, and team communications.

  • Monitor and respond to routine correspondence in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support project teams by scheduling check-ins, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling with availability during core business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
