This associate has an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and a keen eye for detail. This location is company-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:<br><br><ul><li>Pay $23-$25/ hour</li><li>Health insurance – Medical, Dental, and Vision</li><li>PTO days, floating holidays, paid holidays, and sick days</li><li>401K retirement plan with company match</li><li>40 hours/week with overtime potential</li><li>Grow your career with us – many promotional opportunities are available<br><br></li></ul>Franchises are independently owned and operated and may offer different benefits.<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Receives and processes all incoming products into the warehouse and processes using PC based software process. </li><li>Compares identifying information, quality checks and measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, picking tickets, invoices, orders, or other records</li><li>Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with supervisor to rectify damages or discrepancies. Routes items to proper departments.</li><li>Reorders damaged or mis shipped vendor materials after quality check</li><li>Subject Matter Expert for inventory reconciliation.</li><li>Coordinates with Warehouse Manager and participates in Daily Cycle Counting process and quarterly full physical inventories.</li><li>Ensures all inventory adjustments are reconciled daily before end of workday.</li><li>Moves overstock to primary location and breaks down boxes for recycling daily or as needed.</li><li>Partners with Epicor Specialists to resolve PO issues, reorders, negative on hands and/or any other inventory discrepancies that arise</li><li>Informs Warehouse or Operations Manager of any receiving discrepancies.</li><li>Knows and communicates with partners across the organization including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Epicor Specialists, Operations, Purchasing, Plan Review<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma and/or GED</li><li>Associates Degree related to from an accredited college or university preferred</li><li>2-4 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse role in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry, preferably within a luxury brand environment</li><li>Experience in supporting supply chain demands</li><li>Ability to calculate invoice and shipping totals as requested</li><li>Ability to accurately count inventory<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Information<br><br></strong>Check out our careers page for more open positions: Careers & Available Jobs<br><br>Find us on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram<br><br><em>We are an equal opportunity employer.
