Grow your career.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>The Digital Content Admin manages and optimizes the organization’s digital website and asset ecosystem, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of creative and marketing content.</p><p></p><p>This role is responsible for working with other digital product and acquisition team members on the creation, management, structure and optimization of partner's web content, working closely with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to create and shape key projects and initiatives on the Web, including development of new website areas, microsites, as well as updates and maintenance to existing site areas.</p><p></p><p>In addition to website content, the Digital Content admin will manage the marketing and creative assets lifecycle. They will oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of client Digital Assessment Management software, ensuring seamless project management workflows across teams. This role will serve as a bridge between the client marketing, creative, and operations teams providing training, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance to enhance productivity, asset governance, and cross-functional collaboration.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>The Digital Content Admin will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:</p><p><u><span>Website content administration</span></u></p><ul><li><p>Create, edit, manage, organize, and optimize the organizational web content of Bon Secours Mercy Health, including across core web properties and blogs.</p></li><li><p>Work with stakeholders to fulfill routine requests for new web pages and updates to existing pages.</p></li><li><p>Create and shape key projects and initiatives on the web, including development of new website areas, microsites. </p></li><li><p>Collaborates with digital product team and relevant vendors to ensure website performance and an excellent end user experience of the web properties.</p></li><li><p>Partner with client to identify potential areas of improvement and recommend implementation strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that Search Engine Optimization best practices are utilized, and that website analytics data is used to support decision making on site’s information architecture, organization, and future content development.</p></li><li><p>Designs and implements backend automations to streamline processes, integrate systems, and reduce manual workload.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues in collaboration with IT and vendor support.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><span>Digital Asset Management</span></u></p><ul><li><p>Create, edit, manage, organize, and optimize the organizational web content of Bon Secours Mercy Health, including across core web properties and blogs.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing and creative assets — ingestion, metadata tagging, version control, archival, and retrieval.</p></li><li><p>Maintain governance and compliance standards for asset naming conventions, metadata consistency, and legal usage rights.</p></li><li><p>Manage and optimize Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (Brandfolder, Dropbox, Canva, Kyruus) to ensure intuitive organization and searchability.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with client and vendors to ensure timely asset delivery and accurate metadata for campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Develop asset taxonomy and folder structures to maximize usability and discoverability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Teamwork</u></p><ul><li><p>Advocate for continuous improvement in tools, processes, and asset governance policies.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with relevant teams to take new product launches, creative assets and campaign ideas to market.</p></li><li><p>Fostering a team-oriented culture rooted in respect, high ethics and integrity, camaraderie, collaboration and effective communication.</p></li><li><p>Effectively getting work done by creating a team and culture of empowerment and execution.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with other team members to ensure all Nordic departments and functions work together to ensure we effectively serve our client and consultant needs, always delivering on our Nordic maxims.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Working knowledge of content management systems like Sitecore and WordPress and digital assessment management (DAM) platforms like Brandfolder, Dropbox and Canva.</p></li><li><p>BS/BA in related field, 3+ years related experience.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail as well as ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other collaboration tools, including virtual meeting and cloud technologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Details</b></p><ul><li><p>Position is remote.</p></li><li><p>Travel up to 10% of the time</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span class="emphasis"><b>Nordic is an equal opportunity employer.
