Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Credit Card Dispute Agent to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process credit card dispute claims in accordance with banking regulations and company policies.

  • Gather and analyze relevant transaction details, chargeback documents, and merchant responses.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, merchants, and financial institutions to resolve disputes in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all dispute cases comply with industry regulations (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, and other network guidelines).

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispute resolutions.

  • Identify potential fraud patterns and escalate suspicious activities to the appropriate departments.
