The Elite Job is looking for a talented and creative Freelance Embroidery & Print Designer to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop unique and trend-driven embroidery and print designs for textiles, fashion, and home décor.
  • Create detailed digital artwork using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom, Pulse, or equivalent).
  • Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality concepts.
  • Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and current market trends.
  • Modify and adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into final embroidered or printed products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging techniques, and innovative textile solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Embroidery & Print Designer in the fashion, textile, or accessories industry.
  • Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom, Pulse, or equivalent).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
  • Understanding of different fabric types, stitching techniques, and color application methods.
  • Excellent artistic ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage freelance projects efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
  • A portfolio showcasing embroidery and print design work is required.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in embroidery and print design.
  • Previous experience working with fashion brands, textile companies, or independent designers is preferred.
  • Experience working in a freelance or remote capacity is a plus.
