The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and creative Remote Denim & Streetwear Designer to join our expanding fashion team. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop seasonal denim and streetwear collections from concept to final product.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure designs are aligned with current fashion trends and consumer demands.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Create detailed tech packs, mood boards, and CAD designs for production hand-off.
  • Source and recommend sustainable fabrics, trims, and washes, ensuring quality and innovation.
  • Present design concepts to leadership and external partners.
  • Revise and adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
  • Stay up to date with competitor analysis and emerging trends in the streetwear and denim industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in denim and streetwear design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent sketching, conceptual, and technical drawing abilities.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, washes, and finishes.
  • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in denim and/or streetwear fashion design.
  • Proven track record of designing collections that have successfully launched to market.
  • Experience working with international production teams and understanding of the production cycle from concept through to delivery.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
