Requirements

  • Valid California Guard Card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and communication
  • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol as required
  • Must be punctual
  • Previous security experience preferred but not required

This role may require working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Duties may involve extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Some assignments may also require sitting at a workstation and monitoring a screen for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and overall site activity
  • Assist visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism and customer service
  • Document observations and incidents in daily activity reports
  • Enforce site policies and follow all post instructions
  • Respond promptly to security-related incidents or emergencies
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and orderly environment
