Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking passionate and experienced Language Instructors for Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu to join our growing remote education team. This role is perfect for dynamic educators who are enthusiastic about teaching language skills to learners of all ages across different regions. As a Language Instructor, you will design engaging lessons, facilitate interactive sessions, and help learners improve their speaking, writing, listening, and reading abilities in their chosen language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online language classes for students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

  • Develop lesson plans tailored to the learners needs and proficiency.

  • Use interactive teaching tools and methods to keep sessions engaging.

  • Provide individual feedback and performance evaluations to students.

  • Design quizzes, assignments, and assessments to monitor learner progress.

  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians (if teaching minors) about progress and areas for improvement.

  • Maintain digital records of lessons, attendance, and assessments.

  • Adapt teaching style to various learner profiles (children, professionals, adults).

  • Participate in internal training sessions to stay up to date with the latest e-learning trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in any one (or more) of the following languages: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu.

  • Bachelors degree in Language, Education, Literature, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong command over grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary in the chosen language.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable with digital teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.

  • Ability to create and deliver engaging and structured lessons.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching/tutoring language (online or offline).

  • Freshers with excellent language command and teaching aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling options available (Weekdays or Weekends).

  • Minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep cultural understanding of the language being taught.
