This position supports the sales area in handling complaints, product positioning, and promotional communication.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Responsibilities Include:</b></h1><ul><li>Technical responsibility for market development of agriculture portfolio.</li><li>Drive demand generation among current and prospective customers through field visits, product demonstrations (field and laboratory), training sessions, presentations (in-person and virtual), and participation in industry fairs and events..</li><li>Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications.</li><li>Coordinate activities of the experimental station, field marketing technician, trainees, and temporary marketing contractors.</li><li>Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts (NPCs).</li><li>Execute new product introduction plan (NPIs).</li><li><div>Develop NPI testing protocols and establish performance benchmarks.</div></li><li>Create protocols of field demo trials for the commercial portfolio for new applications.</li><li>Execute the NPI development funnel at field and laboratory before the launch to generate performance data, positioning, and value proposition.</li><li>Monitor market trends related to products with the same application and positioning, prices, communication strategies, and market access of the most important players.</li><li><div>Identify and assess market potential, including segmentation and niche opportunities.</div></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Qualifications:</b></h1><p style="text-align:left"><b>The following are <i>required </i>for the role</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Chemistry, Agronomy or related areas.</p></li><li><p>5 years of experience</p></li><li><p>Intermediate level in English</p></li><li><p>Intermediate level in Spanish</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The following are <i>preferred </i>for the role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of chemistry and phytotechnics;</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of application technology;</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Agricultural inputs formulations;</p></li><li><p>Experience with adjuvants.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>What We Offer:</b></h1><p style="text-align:left"><span><span>At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
