Other Jobs To Apply

Hello,

Greetings from OMG Technologies Inc!

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist to support their end-to-end contracting process within their CDMO commercial function. This role serves as the operational backbone for commercial agreements — managing contracts from intake and authoring through negotiation, execution, and renewal — while partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Quality, and Commercial/Business Development teams. This is a REMOTE role.

Type : Contract

Client : A Pharma client

Rate : $55/hour on W2 OR $65/Hour on C2C

Location: Remote

Major Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for CDMO commercial agreements — Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), Quality Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), NDAs/CDAs, and change orders.
  • Administer contract intake, drafting and authoring from templates, clause library management, redlining, approvals, execution, and post-signature obligation tracking.
  • Maintain accurate contract metadata, milestones, renewal and expiry alerts, and reporting dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Legal to route agreements for review, manage redlines and fallback clauses, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with Finance on commercial terms — pricing schedules, payment milestones, billing triggers, revenue recognition inputs, and budget/PO alignment.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Business Development, Quality, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate deal terms into executable contracts.

Systems & Process Administration

  • Serve as a power user / administrator of the CLM platform — configuring workflows, templates, approval routing, and clause libraries; troubleshooting user issues.
  • Manage electronic signature workflows through DocuSign, ensuring proper routing, authentication, and audit trails.
  • Drive process standardization, identify automation opportunities, and support system integrations with ERP/CRM and finance systems.

Digital Experience & Transformation

  • Leverage digital CLM capabilities — workflow automation, configurable templates, and AI-assisted contract authoring, review, and clause extraction — to accelerate cycle times and reduce manual effort.
  • Champion the adoption of digital contracting tools across Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams, driving user enablement, training, and change management.
  • Use contract data and analytics (dashboards, KPIs, obligation and risk reporting) to surface insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with IT and digital teams to enhance and integrate the CLM ecosystem with ERP, CRM, e-signature, and finance platforms, and to pilot emerging contract technologies.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure contracts adhere to internal policies, delegation-of-authority matrices, and applicable life sciences / pharma regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain a complete, audit-ready contract repository and support internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of contract management / CLM experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, CDMO/CMO, or life sciences commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise CLM platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial contract structures and terms relevant to CDMO supply and manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Legal and Finance on contract terms, risk, and commercial conditions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage a high volume of contracts under deadline.
  • Digital experience is mandatory — demonstrated hands-on experience working across cloud-based digital platforms, workflow automation, and analytics/reporting tools, with a proven ability to adopt and drive new technologies in a contracting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CDMO / pharma manufacturing workflows, Quality Agreements, and GxP / regulatory considerations.
  • Experience with contract analytics, obligation management, and CLM-to-ERP/CRM integrations.
  • CLM or contract management certification (e.g., CCCM/CFCM, World Commerce & Contracting / IACCM).
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and finance / billing interfaces.
