Job Description The Cash Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting our daily cash management efforts and closely working with the Analytics Team to ensure the customer\'s needs are always exceeded. What we are looking for this role to do: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Monitor operational health metrics for our enterprise customers + Coordinate cash order placement with financial institutions + Report and research cash related anomalies + Create daily, weekly and monthly reports + Communicate with third parties on a daily basis What you need to bring to the table: + Working knowledge in Excel is required + Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to spot trends and notice outliers + Ability to effectively prepare materials and communicate your insights To note: This is a part-time position with approximately 30 hours/week.
