Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brink’s Inc is seeking a Global Commercial Finance Leader to build and lead a world-class Commercial Finance capability. This role involves strategic partnership with various leadership teams to provide insights and financial rigor necessary for profitable growth and informed decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Create, evolve, and scale the Commercial Finance function worldwide
  • Define and deploy global standards, procedures, and reporting frameworks for all Commercial Finance teams
  • Establish a consistent global approach for evaluating promotional strategies, discounting initiatives, and sales incentive plans
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and comparability of commercial metrics across markets (e.g., price vs. volume, mix impact, margin drivers)
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools, systems, and analytics used across the Commercial Finance organization
  • Conduct detailed margin analysis by product line, customer segment, and region to identify cost savings, pricing opportunities, and margin expansion strategies
  • Lead scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and financial modeling to assess the impact of commercial strategies and market dynamics
  • Benchmark performance across markets to highlight opportunities, risks, and areas requiring intervention
  • Conduct ROI analyses, scenario modeling, and sensitivity testing to support decisions
  • Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions
  • Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics (revenue, growth rates, market share, customer acquisition/retention, etc.)
  • Partner with the Global VP of Pricing to ensure consistent deployment of pricing strategies and commercial policies worldwide
  • Collaborate with LOB Presidents, LOB CFOs, and Market/Regional Commercial Leaders to understand topline performance drivers and identify opportunities or challenges
  • Oversee analysis of contract compliance and identify commercial improvement opportunities related to contract execution and margin management
  • Translate complex trends into recommendations that drive business performance
  • Orchestrate the development of annual revenue plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts for the Global Commercial Organization (DRS, AMS, BGS)
  • Oversee Market/LOB revenue and commercial planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial targets
  • Work closely with Regional/Market Commercial Finance teams to ensure accurate, high-quality forecasting and performance management
  • Provide thought leadership and global governance related to commercial performance planning and investment decisions

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, or related financial leadership roles
  • Experience leading global or regional finance teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in pricing, margin analytics, and revenue forecasting
  • Demonstrated success building or transforming a commercial finance capability
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience in change management, process harmonization, and driving adoption across diverse markets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and travel internationally as needed
