We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Remote Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to executives or business professionals. In this work-from-home role, you will manage schedules, coordinate communications, organize travel, handle correspondence, and assist with a variety of personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.
  • Conduct online research and gather information for various projects.
  • Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed.
  • Manage personal errands and special projects that can be completed remotely.
  • Prioritize tasks, monitor deadlines, and provide regular updates on ongoing assignments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personal and business information.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
