The IE team is a group of operational leaders driving process and operational system optimization, layout design, automation, and continuous improvement for the US Fulfillment Network.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will be responsible for leading the execution of cross-functional projects throughout our multi-facility campus in Whitestown, IN. This role works closely with the site operations, product, planning, IT, and operations management teams to develop and execute metric-improving initiatives. This role will contribute to both project initiation and planning and executing. The candidate is expected to contribute individually and as a team member of the larger engineering organization.
