Position Overview

FuentesCorp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Typist Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality of our documentation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.


Key Responsibilities

Document preparation: Type, format, and edit reports, correspondence, and official documents with precision.

Data entry: Input and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.

Proofreading: Review documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting accuracy.

File management: Organize and maintain digital records for easy retrieval.

Administrative support: Assist with email drafting, scheduling, and clerical communication.

Qualifications

Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy.
