The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter will report to the TA Manager and will be responsible for successfully managing high volume applicant flow, timely and quality fulfillment positions, and effective communication through onboarding. Additionally, the TA Specialist/Corporate Recruiter will be a collaborative team player, with outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills
  • Successful management and fulfillment of high volume monthly requisitions for multiple site locations
  • Complete and distribute high quality weekly and monthly staffing reports
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
  • Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process
  • Review and coordinate candidate applications, conduct phone interviews/screenings as needed, refer candidates to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews as needed
  • Provide guidance, coaching training, and reference information/materials to hiring managers in preparation for applicant interview
  • Respond to requests for specific application procedures, company and organization information, and general job opportunities on a regular basis
  • Regulatory compliance, outreach goals, documentation and reporting

Requirements

  • 2-3 years job specific experience required
  • Previous experience recruiting for high volume call center environments highly preferred
  • Professional Recruiting Certification a plus
  • Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet based recruiting resources, experience using iCIMS or another applicant tracking system/HR information system
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
