With over 1700 shops actively engaged in our program, we provide coaching, training and the largest buying program in the automotive aftermarket for Independent Shop Owners.  Our members have cumulatively increased their Gross Profits by almost $3.0 Billion dollars through the ATI program.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></p><p>Driven Brand’s <b><span>Automotive Training Institute group</span> </b>is looking for a Driven <b><span>Collision Performance Coach</span> </b>who wants to make a difference!</p><p></p><p>Reporting to the <b><span>Team Leader, Collision</span></b> and supporting our <b><span>Automotive Training Institute</span></b> segment, this role is responsible providing an analysis of the existing practices of a member’s automotive collision shop and making recommendations for improvements based on ATI’s best practices and techniques. They will provide coaching, consultation, and mentoring to our members in order for them to achieve their business goals and dreams. You will guide members through the building blocks that turn their automotive shop into a profitable and efficient business via our 48-­month re­engineering program and alumni programs. </p><p></p><h2><b><span>How you’ll <i>Make a Difference</i>: </span></b></h2><ul><li><p>Listen, including active listening, to the needs of the shop owners to help them turn their shop into a profitable and efficient business.  </p></li><li><p>Communicate to understand what members wish to improve or correct about their business via phone, zoom and email.</p></li><li><p>Review financial statements, evaluate competitors, and analyze business practices.</p></li><li><p>Once research is complete, Coach will develop a new business model or prepare recommendations and present them to the client.</p></li><li><p>Display a professional but assertive and results-oriented approach with strong mentoring skills and a passion for helping shop owners to become successful business owners.</p></li><li><p>Consult, train, mentor and coach clients to help them achieve their business goals and dreams. </p></li><li><p>Guide clients through the building blocks that create the foundation of a profitable business.</p></li><li><p>Return on Investment for the client.</p></li><li><p>Maintain customer satisfaction in the program (CSI Scores).</p></li><li><p>Report Cards/Road Map to monitor and measure performance and progress.</p></li><li><p>Alumni conversation rate</p></li><li><p>Weekly contact with the Client</p></li><li><p>Ensure class attendance by the client and staff.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the status of where the member is in the program at all times and determine how we can best align the member’s needs with their wants.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Administrative Duties:</b></h2><ul><li><p>Startup Agreement paperwork, Coach Client agreement, enter clear and understandable weekly notes based on client/coach calls.</p></li><li><p>Provide research and content for articles, classroom, and training material, participate in weekly Coaches meetings, be aware of trends in other service-related industries that we could adapt or apply.</p></li><li><p>Attend Shop Owner’s Dinner Events, Annual Super Conference and industry related partnership events.</p></li><li><p>Required to attend monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual company meetings.</p></li><li><p>Be prepared for and participate in weekly One on Ones with Team Leaders and participate in all Company meetings.</p></li><li><p>Attend ATI classes quarterly.</p></li><li><p>If the opportunity arises, possibly facilitate an ATI Peer group or Performance Group</p></li><li><p>Participate in other modalities such as Live @ 9, podcasts, owner events, industry presentations, and tradeshows.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>You’re<i> Good-to-Go if you have:</i></span></b></h2><ul><li><p>Minimum 10+ years overall automotive experience with a strong focus on collision damage analysis writing, shop management, operations management, or previous shop ownership, preferably in the independent, non-­dealership arena</p></li><li><p>Operations management experience (preferably with an independent operation) involving established internal structure and processes.</p></li><li><p>Solid automotive business acumen/understanding</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence others over the telephone and videoconferencing.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 4+ years of teaching, instructing, and mentoring small business owners or employees, with a clear understanding of the challenges facing independent shop owners. </p></li><li><p>Track record of consultative management, people development, and business management prior experience and success working in an organization that provides monthly goals</p></li><li><p>Computer proficiency, particularly in Word and Excel; Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, plus Sales abilities, is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Accounting or P&L experience</p></li><li><p>Marketing and online/social media experience.</p></li><li><p>Writing skills with an interest in writing articles for industry magazines, a plus</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of how to recruit and retain high-quality employees at all levels of experience.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>It is also important that you display excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to convince business owners to make major changes and paradigm shifts in their practices.
