Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and oversee all aspects of human resources functions within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and Taleo. Duties

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday, ensuring efficient talent acquisition.
  • Oversee onboarding programmes and employee engagement initiatives to promote organisational integration.
  • Supervise HR team members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve workforce planning.
  • Conduct presentations on HR policies, diversity initiatives, and organisational updates for management and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with employment legislation and best practices across all HR functions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop training programmes using HRIS tools like PeopleSoft and Workday for employee development.
  • Handle employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism while fostering a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in supervising teams.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated management capabilities with previous supervisory experience in human resources or related fields.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in human resources management.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
