We are looking for experienced telephone and video interpreters with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.

Our remote platform is a 24/7 service and has the option of both Scheduled and On-Demand calls, giving you more freedom. We are looking at growing our remote service extensively over the next few months, which means more booking opportunities for our remote interpreters.

About the role:

On any call, you may be assisting someone who is:

· On a telephonic/video GP appointment

· Calling 999 on an emergency call

· Opening a bank account

· Receiving instructions to complete a legal aid form

· Calling out of hours/overnight

Your main responsibilities:

· Interpret conversations between two or more speakers via phone/video call

· Work within a variety of sectors ranging from healthcare to government

· Conduct yourself in a professional manner and provide accurate, unbiased interpretations whilst always adhering to our Interpreter’s Code of Conduct

· Be able to deal with unexpected situations in a professional, calm and collected manner
