Learn more at <a href="" target="_blank" id="isPasted" data-uw-rm-brl="PR" data-uw-original-href="" data-uw-rm-ext-link=""> data-pasted="true">The Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Manager 14 is responsible for management of the site, site staff, site safety, and day-to-day operations.   The VR Manager 14 provides directives and management to professional and administrative support civil service, and non-civil service staff.  The position is responsible for all associated personnel duties including performance management, coaching, quality assurance of work, and professional development. </p><p>The work of the VR Manager 14 is complex and includes but is not limited to: knowledge and the ability to apply numerous federal, state and local rules and policies; knowledge of various laws particularly the Rehabilitation Act as amended, Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Under the direction of the VR Manager 15, they may generate local revenue, develop and manage partnerships and fiscal agreements.   The VR Manager 14, at the direction of the VR Manager 15, may also engage in program planning and development that impacts other community programs. </p><strong data-pasted="true">There is a possibility of a remote/hybrid schedule based on performance and operational need. However, all work must be performed in Michigan.
