Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage driver schedules and assignments for overnight shifts. Dispatch drivers to appropriate locations, ensuring efficient route planning. Respond promptly to driver inquiries, emergencies, and operational issues. Coordinate with clients and receiving facilities to confirm delivery and pickup schedules.
