If you want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Act as a liaison between warehouse associates and Supervisors.</li><li>Mentor and train new hires, providing hands-on support in daily tasks.</li><li>Assist with receiving, picking, staging, palletizing, and related functions.</li><li>Monitor workflow progress and task completion to ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Report performance concerns, safety issues, or process inefficiencies to leadership.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve team issues, including conflicts, performance gaps, and workflow bottlenecks.</li><li>Promote and model safe work practices at all times.</li></ul><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in multiple warehouse functions required.</li><li>Leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.</li></ul><p><b>Skills</b></p><ul><li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to coach, support, and motivate team members.</li><li>Solid understanding of warehouse processes and workflows.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and support process improvements.</li></ul><p><b>Certifications or Licenses</b></p><ul><li>None required.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Certifications</b></p><ul><li>OSHA forklift certification preferred.</li><li>Additional warehouse safety or equipment certifications considered a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Core Competencies</b><br />These competencies reflect the values and behaviors expected of all Grady team members, regardless of role.
