What You’ll Do As a Transition Specialist, you will provide hands-on assistance to seniors and their families during relocation, downsizing, estate sales, and home clean-outs. No two days are the same, but your core responsibilities will include: Client Support & Transition Assistance Provide compassionate, world-class service to clients navigating significant life changes. Assist in downsizing, decluttering, and organizing belongings with care and sensitivity. Pack and unpack household items, helping to create a comfortable and functional new living space. Stage, sort, and label personal belongings for resale, donation, or disposal. Estate Sales & Home Liquidation Photograph and catalog items for online auctions and estate sales. Assist in setting up and running estate sales, including working with buyers and handling transactions. Ensure maximum value for items through strategic resale and donation channels. Logistics & Physical Tasks Lift and move items (up to 25 lbs); larger items are handled by professional movers. Clean and prepare homes for sale or new residents.
