Required Skills:
Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a complex enterprise environment.
Senior-level business systems analysis experience covering process analysis, requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, and production support.
Experience supporting business process automation initiatives, automation opportunity assessment, or workflow transformation.
Experience supporting one or more PeopleSoft HCM areas, including Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management.
Experience analyzing production issues and data using SQL and functional analysis.
Strong facilitation, analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or automated employee-service workflows.
Experience with RPA platforms or close partnership with RPA development teams.
Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, APIs, REST and SOAP services, and PeopleSoft-to-cloud integrations.
Experience with Component Interfaces, Excel to CI, Approval Workflow Engine, and PeopleSoft security.
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
Experience with large enterprise HR and payroll implementation.
Deliverables Expected
Automation opportunity assessments, prioritization recommendations, and business-value documentation.
Current-state and future-state process maps, use cases, business requirements, and functional specifications.
PeopleSoft integration, security, control, exception, and approval requirements for automated workflows.
Test scenarios, acceptance criteria, defect support, and implementation-readiness documentation.
Production validation, operational handoff, and performance-measurement recommendations.
