The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Communications Manager to lead digital communication strategies, online engagement initiatives, and corporate messaging across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee digital campaigns, content distribution, stakeholder communications, reputation management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring consistent, engaging, and measurable communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital communications strategies, editorial calendars, and engagement plans aligned with organizational objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Lead the planning, creation, publication, and optimization of digital communications across websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, mobile applications, blogs, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, and Executive Leadership to deliver consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Develop compelling digital content, executive communications, newsletters, press materials, multimedia assets, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage corporate websites, content management systems (CMS), social media channels, email marketing platforms, and digital communication tools to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Monitor digital conversations, audience sentiment, online reputation, media coverage, and emerging communication trends to identify opportunities and manage potential risks.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts across digital platforms by coordinating timely messaging, stakeholder updates, and reputation management strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, engagement rates, audience growth, click-through rates (CTR), email open rates, conversion rates, social media reach, share of voice, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct communication audits, campaign performance analyses, audience research, A/B testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize communication effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE data privacy regulations, digital accessibility standards, intellectual property requirements, brand governance, and organizational communication policies.
  • Manage digital communications budgets, agencies, creative partners, technology vendors, media monitoring platforms, and strategic communication initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives through artificial intelligence (AI)-powered content optimization, social listening platforms, marketing automation, customer engagement technologies, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, Canva Enterprise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and collaboration platforms to measure communication performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, communication performance reports, campaign analyses, stakeholder engagement summaries, reputation assessments, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop digital communication specialists, content creators, social media managers, communication coordinators, and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Marketing Analytics, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
