Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced special education tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. What you'll do:

  • Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's goals, accommodations, and learning profile
  • Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, grade-level standards, and the specific accommodations or modifications each student requires
  • Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions, progress, and engagement
  • Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and, where applicable, school district partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working with students who have education needs
  • Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
  • Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace

Preferred (not required):

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
