At Ridgeline, the AI Leverage Engineering team focuses on internal AI initiatives aimed at enhancing the productivity and speed of all roles across the organization. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building internal products and infrastructure that utilize cutting-edge AI tools, empowering teams across Ridgeline to work at their full potential. You will collaborate closely with the AI Platform and AI Data Scale teams to deliver transformative solutions that redefine internal efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement internal AI-powered tools and products to improve productivity across Ridgeline.
  • Design infrastructure to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into internal workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with the AI Platform and AI Data Scale teams to adopt and adapt cutting-edge AI technologies for internal use.
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities across teams and propose innovative AI-based solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of internal AI tools and infrastructure.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to identify opportunities for improving internal capabilities.
  • Mentor peers and junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Utilize tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and others to accelerate development and ensure quality.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to understand and analyze core customer needs, translating them into practical and impactful technical solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
  • Experience working directly with end users to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Familiarity with building scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and align technical deliverables with business goals.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality software solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Bonus

  • Experience with LLMs, RAG and other AI stack technologies.
  • Background in creating developer tools or platforms for large-scale organizations.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools and workflows in enterprise environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $140,000-$165,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
